Barbra Streisand's Oscar-winning film A Star Is Born is coming to Netflix.
The news arrived via a conversation with fellow Academy Award-winner Jamie Foxx, at a screening of her recent Netflix concert documentary The Music...The Mem'ries...The Magic! for an Emmy Awards' 'For Your Consideration' event.

Streisand, whose original song "Evergreen" won both a Grammy and Oscar when her Star Is Born film came out, executive produced the film and, according to some biographies, even helped direct some of the scenes. The Netflix acquisition will feature an extended cut of the iconic movie with never-before-seen scenes.
In addition, the titles My Name Is Barbra, Color Me Barbra, A Happening in Central Park, Barbra Streisand...And Other Musical Instruments, Barbra Streisand: The Concert, and Barbra Streisand: Timeless will all be coming to the streaming service.
Gaga's A Star Is Born comes out this October.
