Off Campus may be the straight crowd's answer to Heated Rivalry, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t anything in it for the gays.
The first full-length trailer for the upcoming Amazon Prime show dropped yesterday, and while the plot may revolve around college hockey star Garrett Graham (Belmont Cameli) pretending to date fellow co-ed and singer Hannah Wells (Ella Bright) in exchange for tutoring help, the show also promises to show audiences as many shots of the shirtless athlete as possible.
The show is based on Elle Kennedy’s popular hockey romance series of the same name. With the first season is adapted The Deal, which is a spicy novel that has plenty of explicit sex scenes. Most of these scenes will probably end up on our screens if the trailer is anything to go by!
Even the teaser trailer, which came out last month, showcased Cameli's impressive physique in a scene where Hannah spies on him while he's in the shower.
“Off Campus follows an elite ice hockey team, and the women in their lives, as they grapple with love, heartbreak, and self-discovery — forging deep friendships and enduring bonds while navigating the complexities that come with transitioning into adulthood,” the show’s official synopsis reads.
Not only are we going to get to see Garrett acting like he’s allergic to shirts, but don’t forget that Briar U is populated with a whole cast of insanely hot men who will likely star in the later seasons of the show.
The trailer shows off the chemistry between the two leads, but also gives viewers a glimpse at Josh Heuston as the guy Hannah is trying to make jealous by fake dating Garrett, and Garrett’s hot hockey teammates, including Antonio Cipriano (Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin) as John Logan, Stephen Kalyn (Motorheads) as Dean Di Laurentis, and Jalen Thomas Brooks (The Pitt) as John Tucker.
Fans are already drooling over the trailer and all of the hunky stars of the show, which will likely have a Bridgerton-like structure, with each season featuring a love story between a new couple introduced earlier in the show.
Prime Video will drop all episodes of the first season of Off Campus on May 13. Watch the trailer below!
