We can't wait to watch xXPonyBoyDerekXx!

The creator of Hedwig and The Angry Inch is coming to Twitter and OnlyFans with his newest, sexy project.

Described as “a boundary-breaking digital play fusing theater, film, and mixed digital media into an epic multi-week online event” and “an incendiary coming-of-age story detailing how the internet distorts reality and leaves a mark on the young and on-line body,” xXPonyBoyDerekXx follows an 18-year-old OnlyFans creator in real-time as he explores “a fraught path of autonomy, capitalism, sexuality, and survival amid the demands of physical commodification in a virtual world.”

The story is written by playwright Gage Tarlton and co-directed by Tarlton and Carlos Cardona and will be told entirely through OnlyFans and Twitter posts. It stars an “up-and-coming viral internet star” whose identity will only be revealed in the final scenes and Boomer Banks, an OnlyFans personality playing “Aaron Channing.”

Mitchell says that the project is turning preconceived notions about OnlyFans on their heads.

“Gage Tarlton hacks the commercial source code of the OnlyFans hi-tech strip club to craft a totally new kind of humane storytelling,” he said. “It flips the camera back onto the viewer to force them to experience the actual humanity behind digital sex work. Finally! Young intelligent filmmakers and theater-makers subvert the Porn Industrial Complex for the purpose of empathy!”

Mitchell announced the project today on Instagram, saying the “dramatic series” is “about the effects of an online porn career on a young creator still trying to find out who he is.”

Mitchell said that an announcement about a premiere date is coming soon.
