We can't always rely on men to stand out and serve us some actual looks during award ceremonies, fashion shows, and other red-carpet events. More often than not, even the Met Gala isn't exempt from men sticking to the basic and the regular.

With the 2024 Met Gala theme of "Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion" and a red-carpet dress code of "The Garden of Time," there was plenty of room for interpretation and creativity. Thankfully, this year's Met Gala had quite a few male celebs who understood the assignment and didn't go with the safest — and often most boring — choices. And we stan them for taking chances and standing out!
