Archer took over Fire Island and brought the house down!
Archer, the newly-launched social-first dating app for gay, bisexual, and queer men that made its debut earlier this summer, took over Fire Island Pines with its recent Archer House event.
Featuring performances from local drag queens Boudoir LeFleur, Brie Bordeaux, Kamilla Kockman, and Kimmi Moore and musical vibes provided by DJ Joey with the Mustache, the party had hundreds of RSVPs and was attended by a veritable who's who of the Pines, including many popular gay Instagram and TikTok influencers.
Michael Kaye, Archer's head of marketing, says he prioritized a roster of queer staff, talent, and vendors for the event, including Spencer Hoddeson's newly launched Gay Water as the exclusive beverage of choice for the beachside celebration. For next summer, Kaye also hopes to take Archer House all over the country to other legendary gay communities and watering holes like Palm Springs and Provincetown, while also making an epic return to Fire Island.
