Matt Bomer to Join American Horror Story: Freak Show

Count on at least one more out — not to mention handsome — face gracing your TV screens when Ryan Murphy's American Horror Story returns this Fall for its fourth season, Freak Show. 

Bomer, who is nominated for an Emmy for his portrayal of a gay man living with HIV in out director Murphy's The Normal Heart, will appear in at least one episode after the series premiere October 8, according to The Hollywood Reporter

Details about upcoming seasons of AHS are notoriously hard to come by, but Murphy did tell the Reporter that Bomer's role will be "warped." 

The Reporter also notes that Bomer and Murphy have a lengthy history of collaboration, as Bomer previously appeared in several episodes of Murphy's seminal musical dramadey Glee, as out character Blaine's older brother. 

American Horror Story premieres October 8 on FX, and features the return of out cast member Sarah Paulson, in addition to fan favorites like Kathy Bates, Jessica Lange, and Angela Bassett.
