Spoiler Alert: In his new film Walk of Shame--opening May 2--James Marsden finds himself in a skin-tight yellow cocktail dress. The moment comes early in the movie, setting up Elizabeth Banks's unexpected journey through the backstreets of Los Angeles while trying to find her way home.

"It was an idea that Elizabeth had at the last second that she may or may not have had at the last second," Marsden says of the sneaky costume suggestion. But the actor was game to do it.

"It didn't take much convincing at all," Banks says of her co-star. "It took a lot more convincing for me to get in my underwear than for him to get into his or put on that dress."

However, Marsden reveals that the actress was less than excited when she saw him in the outfit, which she later wears throughout the rest of the movie. "[Elizabeth's response] was more pissed off. I was asked her, 'Why are you frowning?'" Marsden says. "'You look better in the dress than I do. That's why,' she said."

"Obviously not true," Marsden laughs with disbelief that he could look better than her.

While no one would argue that Banks doesn't look flawless in the movie, let's just say the outfit is a delight for fans--showing off his meaty thighs. "He's absolutely drop-dead gorgeous," Banks agrees.
