By continuing to use our site, you agree to our Private Policy and Terms of Use.
So your boss finally did it. He friended you on Facebook. Before you break out in a cold sweat, Steven Petrow at The Advocate brings up some interesting points in a new advice column, giving tips and noting various stereotypical horror stories related to things that are posted on FB and then subsequently used against someone, leading to that said person getting either A) fired or B) in a general sort of trouble.

All we know is...hasn't anyone heard of privacy settings? Go ahead; accept your boss's friend request! Just block him from the thirty-seven albums of weekend-related debauchery first.
