Rumor Mill: Anna Wintour to Victoria Beckham: "Only if You're Naked!"

Oh, Anna. You're a real hoot, you know that? While most fashion editors are fretting about what to wear to all the shows and how they're going to make it from the office to Lincoln Center and back without getting sopping wet in the snow, you've got Victoria Beckham on speed dial and you're telling her that to get on the cover of Vogue, she's not only got to be in her birthday suit, but she's gotta be all sorts of fat when she does it? You really are the devil!

According to Star Magazine (we know, we know) Anna Wintour has been in talks with Posh Spice about a possible cover (the first time that Beckham will have ever graced the cover of the esteemed American version of Vogue) but she wants to pull a Demi Moore and have Posh pull a pregnant and nekkid one-two punch. We love it! Who knew Anna has such a filthy mind and a dirty sense of humor?

A source (aka Romeo Beckham) told Star, "It's not a very Vogue thing to do, but the team can make it work and make it 'fashion'. Anna's apparently really keen on it. Everyone's expecting it to fly off the shelves. Victoria's a huge style icon." Gag for the use of fashion as an adjective.

After a Gaga cover and a Rihanna cover, seeing Beckham's bony pregnant body sure is one way to sell magazines. Let's see if this is just nasty gossip or a brilliant coup for the EIC.
