Tony Curtis, the Hollywood actor best known for his performances in Some Like it Hot and Spartacus passed away last night at his home in Las Vegas. He was 85 years old.
Tony's daughter Jamie Lee Curtis released this statement:
"My father leaves behind a legacy of great performances in movies and in his paintings and assemblages. He leaves behind children and their families who loved him and respected him and a wife and in-laws who were devoted to him. He also leaves behind fans all over the world. He will be greatly missed."
Here's hoping Jack Lemmon meets Tony up at the pearly gates and they decide to slip on some dresses for old time's sake. And hopefully, Marilyn will join in the fun, too.
