The New York Daily News is spreading the word that Out cover boy Marc Jacobs and on-again-off-again boyfriend Jason Preston are gettin' hitched! Actually, the Daily News is spreading the word that Jason Preston is spreading the word that he and Marc Jacobs are getting hitched!

Rumor has it that the handsome Jason Preston showed up at the Chelsea boy bar, Barracuda, flashing a Cartier band and telling friends that someone popped more than a woody.

"Then out of nowhere Marc popped up, and they were all over each other, kissing and saying 'I love you,'" reports the NYDN.

Barracuda seems like a strange place to announce your engagement. It's not exactly the chic-est bar in Manhattan, but it's a great place for a stiff cocktail (ask for Cole) and beautiful bartenders.

Oh how quickly things can change! In Marc's interview in the September issue of Out, it sounded like his relationship with Jason was about as dead as M.C. Hammer pants. Well, if the rumors are true, then congratulations to Marc & Jason. I hope I'm invited to the nuptials.
