Ho, ho, ho!

Halloween is over, so that means two of our favorite holiday queens are ready to maximize their joint slay once again. RuPaul's Drag Race icons Jinkx Monsoon and BenDeLaCreme are reuniting for The Jinkx & DeLa Holiday Show as they spread their witty, comical, and crucial holiday cheer to close out 2026.

Although the LGBTQ+ community has faced plenty of setbacks under the current political administration, the midterm elections are kicking off the holiday season with hope that better days are ahead. Plus, Monsoon has had a career-defining year around the world, earning rave reviews as Judy Garland in the London revival of Peter Quilter's End of the Rainbow at Soho Theatre Walthamstow and making her official West End debut as Mary Todd Lincoln in the hit comedy Oh, Mary!

"Holiday Jinkx is a very different Jinkx from the rest of the time of the year. She's more community driven, but exponentially sluttier. It's a fun time for me! DeLa has helped me grown as actress over the years. Drag Race can be the world's best demo reel. I can take everything I've learned every step of the way to Broadway and the West End," Monsoon tells Out.

"This year is a real doozy. Our fans show up for us and every year, we have to show up for them. It has to be bigger, better, and weirder. Jinkx and DeLa are putting on a show that gets taken over by a corporation! They have to figure out and navigate a corporation that doesn't want them to put their holiday cheer on stage," BenDeLaCreme says.

As The Jinkx & DeLa Holiday Show hits their ninth anniversary on the road, Monsoon and DeLa have created an even tighter bond as their solo careers continue to flourish. The duo has become inseparable through career highs, personal lows, and plenty of political discourse.

"The talent and the drive have always been there. She is one of the best examples to me of somebody who really clearly knows their purpose, what they want, and has manifested it. Whether that's the triumph of the human spirit or because she's casting spells at her alter at home, it really doesn't matter. It's inspiring," BenDeLaCreme says.

"If you're an actress, an actor, or whomever and you believe in yourself, don't be afraid to team up with someone who helps bring out other aspects of you. DeLa have been able to support each other in so many ways throughout the years. We continually choose to be friends and collaborators rather than let the outside world convince us to be competitors with one another," Monsoon adds.

The LGBTQ+ community is certainly still on a high from the midterm blue wave, but Monsoon is reminding everyone to continue to rely on one another to overcome any more challenges ahead.

"I appreciate being part of a community right now. The government can't destroy a feeling. They can buy up everything, but they cannot buy up the feeling when you're in an audience with like-minded peers. That's something palpable that can't be bought or sold, except for the ticket price," Monsoon says.

The Jinkx & DeLa Holiday Show kicks off Friday, November 6. Buy tickets on the official website here.
