It looks like Jinkx Monsoon isn't the only Drag Race legend whose name RuPaul can't seem to remember...
Just recently, BenDeLaCreme shared a video while getting her makeup ready and recalled a story that took place while filming RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars 3.
In the video - reposted on TikTok via @thorgysghost - Ben brought up the fact that RuPaul forgot Monsoon's name during the opening ceremony of DragCon LA 2022.
"One of the best things I've ever seen in my life," Ben said with a laugh, before spilling some tea. "She doesn't know any of our names."
Ben then remembered a story from All Stars 3 that she witnessed firsthand:
"When all of us were on All Stars 3, [RuPaul] looked at Shangela and said, 'Haven't you been here before?' We've all been there before, it's All Stars! That still cracks me up."
When it comes to names, dates, and math, Mama Ru's memory has been notoriously bad. Ru is a living encyclopedia when it comes to pop culture - particularly music, films, and TV shows. On the other hand, the longtime host of Drag Race isn't known for remembering people's names very often.
In fact, regular listeners of RuPaul's What's The Tee podcast will remember how many times Ru flat-out forgot the names of Michelle Visage's two daughters. Visage never minded it, though, knowing that her BFF struggles with memorizing certain things.
Over the years, there have also been various instances when RuPaul forgot which queen won a particular season or even which season a queen was on. To be fair, many fans are now also having a hard time keeping up with all of the queens' names and seasons due to how many shows and international editions are in the Drag Race franchise at this point.
