Netflix's The Most, the platform's LGBTQ+-focused channel, brought together nearly a dozen of our favorite queens to pay tribute to the one and only Meryl Streep -- and we are gagging!
"Night of 1000 Meryls" is Netflix's way of honoring the acting legend by having some of America's greatest drag queens lip syncing for their lives to Streep's big song "It's Not About Me" from Ryan Murphy's The Prom.
The camera pans across drag hotspot Hamburger Mary's and ends up on Manila Luzon as The Prom's Broadway star Dee Dee Allen, Streep's character who sings the song upon arriving at a small town in Indiana with a group of actor friends who attempt to overthrow the town's decision to not allow a lesbian teen bring her girlfriend to prom.
As we move around the restaurant, we see Monique Heart as The Devil Wears Prada's Miranda Priestly lip syncing along.
Then, trans drag queen Dani Kay joins as Donna Sheridan from Mamma Mia, followed by Kim Chi as Sister Aloyisus from Doubt and RuPaul's Drag Race season 5 winner Jinkx Monsoon vamping it up as Death Becomes Her's Madeline Ashton.
As we keep going, Jewels Long Beach shows up as Margaret Thatcher from The Iron Lady and Miss Vanessa Vanjie Matteo gets dirty with some flour as Julie & Julia's Julia Child.
Next up is Big Dee as Mary Fisher from the 1989 comedy She-Devil and Willam as a very dancy and sexy Sophie from Sophie's Choice.
The last two queens to give their spins on classic Meryl characters are Valentina as Aunt March from Little Women, and finally Delta Work as The Witch from Into The Woods.
The video was directed by Thom Kerr and executive produced by Rose Dommu and Gabrielle Korn.
We seriously cannot stop watching! Check out the legendary lip syncs below.
