The out actor, who is currently starring in the West End production of Backstairs Billy, wants to remind you that's he's absolutely ripped!

Theater gays and beach gays, unite!

Luke Evans, a.k.a. our Gay Speedo King, is currently starring in the West End production of Backstairs Billy. Written by Marcelo dos Santos and directed by Michael Grandage, Backstairs Billy explores the 50-year relationship between Queen Mother (Penelope Wilton) and her servant William “Billy” Tallon (Evans).

While this is definitely not the season for the beach (sorry to the Kens!), Evans is here to prove that doing a West End show can put you through the wringer. In a new Instagram video, the actor is seen looking as ripped as ever, and credits his physique to doing a show on the West End.

Evans writes in the caption that it’s currently winter in London, calling it a downside. And we get it – because that body shouldn’t be all covered up. In the video, Evans is also seen wearing cooling eye patches, which he calls “a 44-year-old man’s best friend.”

The last few years have been incredible for Evans’ career. The actor has starred in high-profile projects such as Nine Perfect Strangers, Ma, Echo 3, Pinocchio, and Our Son, to name a few. He is also set to appear in Dan Levy’s directorial debut film, Good Grief.

Otherwise, Evans has been reportedly dating Spanish boyfriend Fran Tomas for over a year. Based in Madrid, Spain, Tomas works in design as a project manager.

We’re always here for thirst traps of Luke Evans, so keep ‘em coming!

Our Son hits select theaters on December 8 and will available to stream VOD on December 15.
