Stop questioning Chrishell Stause's queerness!

Chrishell Stause is calling out people who doubt her relationship with partner G Flip.

According to some Selling Sunset fans, the very happily married Stause is still hung up on her ex Jason Oppenheim.

An article for Dexerto explained that some Selling Sunset fans are theorizing that Stause, who is married to nonbinary musician G Flip, is bitter and stuck on her ex. “I keep getting the impression from her mannerisms, her comments, and her overall behavior that she is still very hung up on Jason and she’s walking the line of appearing bitter,” a Reddit thread about the rumor begins.

Stause shared her frustration about the rumors in her Instagram Stories.

“Do you think if I was now married to a man instead of G, these headlines would still be the same?” she wrote. “The answer is NO. Enough is enough.”

Stause and G Flip announced their marriage in May of this year, sharing pictures and videos on Instagram going through their entire relationship. “Love doesn’t always go as planned… sometimes it’s immeasurably better,” Stause wrote on the post that included a picture of Stause in a wedding dress holding a bouquet of flowers over her head as G Flip in a suit holds onto her.

She’s also repeatedly stood up for her relationship with G Flip and for G Flip themself many times this year, including on Selling Sunset. Still, people continue to doubt them.

In one episode, Stause was talking to Marie-Lou Nurk, the current girlfriend of Stause’s ex Jason Oppenheim. When Nurk started accusing Stause of being rude to her and then misgendered G Flip, the claws came out. “Okay, my partner is nonbinary, they use they/them pronouns, this is a simple thing,” she said as Nurk apologized. “This is the depth of our relationship, where the most important person in my life, you don’t know their pronouns. Which is totally fine, but my point is that you also don’t know me. I’m not gonna be your friend, like I don’t have anything in common with you.”

Then again during the Selling Sunset season 7 reunion special, Stause emphasized how she wants the others on the show to know that she is in love with G Flip and is fully focused on that relationship.

“I was hoping when you did hang out with me and my partner, you would see I am completely head-over-heels in love,” she said to Nurk in the special. “I couldn’t possibly be more in love with my partner, and it’s very hard not to see if you’ve spent five minutes with us.”

Still, some viewers are so invested in straightness that they can’t listen to the words Stause says and instead make up their own theories. Here at Out, we believe Stause!
