Is love in the air for these Euphoria co-stars?

Is Euphoria love in the air?

The latest celebrity couple rumor says that two of the stars of the popular, critically-acclaimed teen drama series, Hunter Schafer and Dominic Fike, might be romantically linked. These rumors started after the two stars were spotted holding hands while they left The Nice Guy restaurant and lounge in West Hollywood over the weekend.

According to Page Six, the two were spotted "kissing" and "dancing" inside the restaurant, where the young stars were joined by castmates Jacob Elordi and Alexa Demie.

The new season of Euphoria just recently started on HBO Max, and Fike is one of the most exciting new editions to the series. In the show, he plays Elliot, a new close friend of Rue (played by Emmy winner Zendaya) and Jules (Schafer) who adds some drugs and drama to their relationship and who says (spoiler warning!) he's "kinda straight and kinda gay."

While Rue and Jules may have gotten back together this season, it feels like there's a love triangle brewing between these three characters that will surely lead to even more explosive teen heartbreak and emotions.

Hopefully, the offscreen relationship won't be nearly as volatile as the on-screen ones.

Schafer, who is trans, recently opened up about her sexuality. In 2019, she had stated that her sexuality was "closer to what you might call a lesbian," but in some now-deleted tweets, she clarified how she identifies now.

After a fan called Schafer a lesbian, she clarified that "as much as I wish this were true, I would like to vaguely clarify that unfortunately I am like bi or pan or something."

New episodes of Euphoria air on HBO on Sundays at 6pm PT/ 9pm ET.
