Lil Nas X Claps Back at Haters of His Maternity Photos

"You really on here calling a young mother to be ugly?"

In case you missed it, Out cover star Lil Nas X broke the internet when he announced he was pregnant...with some new music!

The 22-year-old "Industry Baby" rapper released a set of hilarious but also completely stunning maternity-themed photos to his social media yesterday in anticipation of the release of his debut studio record Montero later this month, and we were living for it!

"SURPRISE! I can't believe I'm finally announcing this," he wrote in an Instagram post, showing himself cradling a realistic-looking baby bump poolside while donning billowy white clothes and a flower crown that currently has over 2 million likes. "My little bundle of joy MONTERO is due September 17, 2021."

Of course, because we can't have nice things and homophobes like to be upset at every little thing X does, online haters surfaced shortly afterward to let their unsolicited thoughts be known. Luckily for us, you can't out-troll the king of trolling, so X was ready to clap back in the best way.

"One day y'all will learn I am not a representation of anyone but Lil Nas X," he responded to one user who accused him of "going from one outlandish antic to the next" and doing things that other groups of people, like the Hispanic and Asian communities, would never do.

"You really on here calling a young mother to be ugly?" he responded to another user who literally called him ugly (which is the biggest lie we've ever seen, btw).

While X seems to have been taking all of this in stride, at the end of the day, he had to do what was right and put he and his baby first:

Word to the wise (and trolls who think they're about to do something by posting unnecessary hate on Twitter): just don't! It's probably not gonna work out for you!

Montero is set to be released on September 17!
