A Little Life--that not-so-little book which follows four New York City friends as they face success, love, tragedy, tragedy, and more tragedy--might get the TV treatment. Producer Scott Rudin and director Joe Mantello recently bought the rights to Hanya Yanagihara's 2015 novel. The author announced the news on her Facebook page today.
Don't get too excited, however. The rights of many books are bought and often don't get made. Still, let the news move you to read (or reread) A Little Life...and weep.
Once your tears have dried, think up a dream cast!
