Brittney Griner Marries Glory Johnson

After a stint on Say Yes to the Dress to find the perfect bridal gown, WNBA star Brittney Griner and girlfriend Glory Johnson got married over the weekend in Phoenix.

Griner, an OUT100 and Power List alum, plays for the Phoenix Mercury and led the team to the WNBA championships last year. Johnson, who plays for the Tulsa Shock, got engaged to Griner last year.

It should be noted, the marriage comes after the couple, both 24, were arrested on assault and disorderly conduct allegations after an argument turned into a physical altercation last month. Griner pled guilty to the charges and enrolled herself in domestic violence counseling. Johnson posted a picture on Instagram with Griner afterward and said "We are actively seeking help in order to do BETTER."
