It tells the story of Trevor, a 13-year-old who loves Diana Ross and being dramatic. When his friends all started getting interested in girls, he instead spends his time watching Fame and thinking about how much he looks up to his best friend Pinky.

The musical follows the same story, showing Trevor as he tries to navigate his sexuality and identity. When an embarrassing incident at school suddenly puts him in the wrong spotlight, Trevor must summon the courage to forge his own path. It's a musical all about living your best life and being true to yourself.

After a virtual casting call with over 1,300 submissions, thirteen-year-old Sugarland, Texas native Holden William Hagelberger was cast in the title role of Trevor. And he's been warming and winning the hearts of theatre-goers ever since.

With book and lyrics by Dan Collins and music by Julianne Wick Davis, who worked on Southern Comfort together, Trevor: The Musical is a can't miss show. Direction and choreography are by Marc Bruni and Josh Prince, who both worked on Beautiful: The Carole King Musical.
