Yvie Oddly’s Dad Is the True Winner of the ‘Drag Race’ Finale

Yvie Oddly's Dad RuPaul's Drag Race

The thirst was real for Papa Oddly.

They may call Ru "mother," but they definitely want to call Yvie Oddly's dad "daddy."

During last night's RuPaul's Drag Race grand finale, Twitter users got to see some pretty good lip sync performances, but they also got to feast their eyes on Yvie Oddly's dad, who was sitting in the audience to support Yvie as she ended up .... (spoiler alert) ... taking the season 11 crown.

One Twitter user even repurposed the A'Keria Davenport "Where is the body" meme to be about Yvie Oddly's dad. "Me looking for photos of Yvie's dad," the caption reads.

During the show, Yvie's dad told RuPaul that he made members of his motorcycle club watch Yvie's legendary lip sync to Demi Lovato's "Sorry Not Sorry" against Brooke Lynn Hytes. I'm sure the image of Daddy Oddly and his friends all dressed in leather sitting around watching Drag Race does it for some of y'all! I'm not telling on myself, though.

Yvie has shared pictures of her dad before, as well. In February she shared an IG story picture of her dad wearing her merchandise in support of her Drag Race run.

"My dad is gonna kill me (he NEVER takes photos) but look how adorkable he is for the big day," Yvie wrote. "Adorkable" is one word, but there are some other words to describe it, as well! The photo inspired quite a bit of Reddit thirst at the time, as well. Looks like all the finale johnny-come-latelys have some real stiff competition on their hands.
