Crazy Ex-Girlfriend Throws Its Gay Fans a Bone

If you haven't jumped on the Crazy Ex-Girlfriend train, you should. There's a reason Rachel Bloom's brainchild has racked up multiple awards just halfway into its first season. Now, there's also a reason for the gay boys to pay attention.

The musical comedy series follows Rebecca, a successful Harvard grad who quits her job as a lawyer in New York and moves to West Covina, California (where her ex, Josh, lives but, you know, that's totally not why she moved there...).

In this week's episode, "Josh and I Work On a Case!", Rebecca is up to her usual scheming. But more importantly, a gay romance is blossoming between White Josh (other than the fact that OG Josh is Filipino, the two share a pretty strong resemblance) and Rebecca's divorced boss, Darryl.

Last week, White Josh gave Darryl a peck on the cheek. Then Darryl spent last night's episode grappling with his own sexuality after hiring White Josh as his personal trainer and learning that he is in fact gay. Although Darryl's ideas of sexuality are about as outdated as his mustache, he finally realizes he's bisexual after staring at butts in his barefoot cardio mambo class. The episode culminates in a pretty adorable kiss.
