Austin Wolf, Rhyheim Shabazz, Drake Von & more adult stars win big at GayVN Awards 2024

The GayVN Awards just wrapped up in Las Vegas and handed out plenty of awards to a fresh group of talented adult entertainers from around the world.

Between the best-of and fan-voted awards, many pornstars walked away with trophies in Sin City. Just before the winners were announced at Resorts World Las Vegas, Out caught up with stars on the red carpet.

Rhyheim Shabazz was the big winner of the night by taking home the coveted Performer of the Year Award. As the first gay adult entertainer to reach over one million followers on Twitter (now known as X), the star is grateful his hard work is paying off.

"Please don't make me blush! I had to be the first. It's like when Serena went for that grand slam! It's a goal," Shabazz tells Out.

Austin Wolf continued to prove his popularity in adult entertainment by winning two of the fan-voted awards: Favorite Dom and Favorite Porn Star Creator.

"I'm dedicated. I like my work! I like making a good example, especially when I'm around groups. If you're hustling, it shows models what is possible for them. It's about setting a bar and showing that there is no glass ceiling. There's no limit! I personally feel like I've done that and I hope others follow," Wolf says.

One of the other big winners from the night was Derek Kage. The porn star took home awards as well, including Best Newcomer and Best Leading Actor, which is a huge feat since he's only been in the biz for just over a year.

"Life's just not real. This is one of those experiences in my life where I'm just riding this wave. All the good things... I'm just accepting them as they come," Kage shares.

Another new name in the industry that won two awards last night was Drake Von. The young entertainer won Favorite Twink and Favorite C*ck, which were voted on by the fans.

"It's just been such a good year. I've met so many new people. This industry has been so nice to me and I love it. I couldn't ask for anything more," Von says.

Rounding out the big names from the night was Max Konnor, who's become a GayVN darling. The entertainer took home the Performer of the Year Award back in 2022.

"I love GayVN. I love coming here and seeing everybody. GayVN has shown me so much love ever since I started," Konnor shares. "I'll always be here to support them, whether I'm nominated or not."
