Eat food, be proud, and help LGBT+ homeless youth.
Ahead of London Pride this weekend UK-based food delivery company Deliveroo has released a limited edition, RuPaul-inspired menu. Along with items like "The Valentina (I'd like to leaves it on please)" and "The Vanessa Vanjie Wit'mayo" the brand has temporarily changed its name to "De-love-roo" and rainbowed their logo.
All proceeds from the Drag Race dishes, which cost PS10 each, will go to benefit the Albert Kennedy Trust, which focuses on and works with homeless LGBTQ youth.
Stats released from the Albert Kennedy Trust state that nearly 24 percent of young people facing homelessness in the UK identify as LGBT+, and that 77 percent of these individuals said that abuse and rejections by their families in response to them coming out was the main reason for becoming homeless.
RuPaul's Drag Race season nine alum Charlie Hides helped create the new menu, which is available in London, Bath, Exeter, and Glasgow.
