Ariana Grande is Taking a Break From Social Media Following Break Up

Since the news broke that Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson were ending their engagement, there's been a lot of chatter online about what exactly went down, and how the engagement may have led to the overdose and death of Grande's ex, Mac Miller. Dealing with the online speculation about the end of her relationship can't have been easy for the pop star, and now she's decided to step away from social media, saying"bye bye" to the internet for "just a lil bit."

"It's hard not to bump [into] news n stuff that I'm not trying to see rn," she wrote in an Instagram story that's since been deleted. "It's very sad and we're all tryin very hard to keep going. love u. and thank u for bein here always."

Grande is currently hard at work putting together A Very Wicked Halloween. Yesterday, she shared some photos from the show's taping, including a photo with the OG Elphaba, Idina Menzel.
