Lady Gaga is ready for her Oscar with her debut movie role in Bradley Cooper's A Star Is Born remake. And it appears she might already be moving on to another gag-worthy role.

According to Disney blog, The DisInsider, Gaga is rumored to be in consideration for the iconic villainous role of Ursula in the live-action Little Mermaid. It was recently rumored that Zendaya was offered the role of Ariel. Since then, the internet has been abuzz with rumors and fantasy casting.
Although she may not be the typical idea of what Ursula looks like, we're willing to bet she has the theatrics to do the role justice. Originally inspired by drag superstar, Divine, many have their hopes on the role going to a drag queen. But since Disney doesn't seem quite ready to embrace quality queer representation, Gaga would certainly be an ideal alternative.
