When Will, Grace, Karen, and Jack make their triumphant return to the network more than a decade after the show's first run ended and 16 Emmy Awards later, it will be to a changed world. In a new promo for the upcoming 16-episode season we get a glimpse of how the four friends have taken to technological leisure activities: Will and Karen enjoy a rousing game of "Heads Up," Jack worries about contracting "finger herpes" while scrolling through Grindr, and Karen chooses to accessorize with a martini instead of a smart phone. Remember what we said about things never changing?
Originally slated for a one-off revival season, the show has already been picked up for a second season ahead of the revival's airdate, according to Variety. "We all came together and read and it felt like coming home," said Debra Messing of the cast's first table read for the revival. That feeling made a OK'ing a second season a no-brainer.
