Thirst trap muscle dudes are a dime a dozen on Instagram, but there are none quite as self-aware as our current #Instacrush, @allanrk aka New York City's Allan Kustanovich.

Kustanovich takes thotty gym selfies to a whole new level, inviting gay men who judge someone's self-worth by the circumference of their biceps to journey down into the abyss of slutty narcissism with him. Kustanovich holds a mirror up to gay culture's violently obsessive vanity and uses that mirror to take a photo of his pecs.
