Drew Droege may be born for the role of everyone's favorite it-girl, Chloe Sevigny, but his latest part is bit more maternal. He'll embody the title character for a stage production of Charles Busch's cult classic, Die Mommie Die! at Celebration Theatre in LA.

Droege plays the aging Hollywood actress, Angela Arden. Desperate for a new life with her lover, Tony and trapped in an unhappy marriage with sleazy producer, Sol, she murders her husband. When her children, Edith and Lance find out, they take revenge on mother dearest.

Die Mommie Die! runs March 3-26 at Celebration Theatre. Tickets are available online.
