Official T2 Trainspotting Soundtrack Leaked, Features Iggy Pop, Blondie & Queen
An homage to Director Danny Boyle's original 1996 film.
After an accidental Amazon leak this week, the official soundtrack for T2 Trainspottinghas arrived, ahead of the film's US release on March 3. Irvine Welsh, who wrote the original 1993 novel, confirmed the tracklist himself in a Tweet:

T2 Trainspotting's soundtrack pays homage to Director Danny Boyle's original 1996 film and incorporates updated elements, including The Prodigy's remix of Iggy Pop's "Lust for Life" and a contribution from rising British band Fat White Family.

The leaked list has us even more excited for Boyle's highly-anticipated sequel, which reunites the director with screenwriter John Hodge to adapt Welsh's Trainspotting sequel, Porno, and brings back the original cast of Ewan McGregor, Ewen Bremner, Jonny Lee Miller and Robert Carlyle.
