WATCH: Fun Home's Emily Skeggs Sings 'Changing My Major' on Seth Myers
It was the first time host Late Night With Seth Myers had a Broadway production number on the show.
Fun Home continues to bring in excited audience members who want to experience the Tony Award-winning musical adapted from Alison Bechdel's graphic novel of the same name. For a taste, Late Night with Seth Meyers had its first Broadway musical performance on the show, and it was a one of the Fun Home's most moving lesbian moments: when Alison (Emily Skeggs) she has her first sexual experience with her girlfriend Joan (played by Roberta Colindrez). The on-camera kiss between only caused a few giggles from the live studio audience. The sung line, "I'm changing my major to sex with Joan," got a bit more of a laugh. Don't miss Beth Malone as adult Alison in the live scene, as well.
