Bravo's latest adventure in reality programming goes inside the world of New York's elite fitness training. Work Out New York follows seven of the hottest young trainers in the city as they deal with friendships, romances, and backstabbing. It's basically Gossip Girl but instead of gossiping, everyone's screaming in Lululemon.

If eye candy such as Joseph V. Lazo isn't enough to get you hooked, you have to admire his "commitment" to his clients. In this short video, things get steamy when he helps a young man trapped in a gym sauna. OK, it may be shameless queerbating, but it's at least funny, and we think you can relate to the thirsty yogi overhearing everything from the nearby stall.
