Yesterday the world got a taste of Adele's latest song, "When We Were Young," off her upcoming album, 25. Snuck in at the tail end of a preview for her segment on 60 Minutes Australia, we only got a snippet of the track, but it got us hooked.
Now Adele, who'll be taking the stage at Radio City Music Hall tonight for a concert that will broadcast on NBC in mid-December, has debuted the entire song.
Speaking about the song in a SiriusXM interview yesterday, the "Hello" singer said:
"It was based on us being older, and being at a party at this house, and seeing everyone that you've ever fallen out with, everyone that you've ever loved, everyone that you've never loved, and stuff like that, where you can't find the time to be in each other lives. And you're all thrown together at this party when you're like 50, and it doesn't matter and you have so much fun and you feel like you're 15 again. So that's the vibe of it really."
Check out the track below and look out for more Adele on TV. Adele Live In New York City will air Dec. 14 on NBC. She'll also perform on NBC's Today show on Nov. 25 and be the musical guest on the Nov. 21 edition of Saturday Night Live.
