One of the most in-demand comedians working right now is Caleb Hearon. If he’s not hosting his popular podcast, So True, which racked up more than 23 million views on YouTube since its launch last year, he’s filming one of several star-studded movies, like The Devil Wears Prada 2 or Netflix’s Little Brother with Eric André and John Cena. On top of that, he’s promoting his debut special, Model Comedian, which premiered on HBO Max in September.
Hearon has held roles in multiple projects, including Overcompensating, the HBO Max film Sweethearts, Jurassic World: Dominion, FX’s Fargo, and Showtime’s Work in Progress. It’s a wonder he has time to work on a new movie he co-wrote that Colin Trevorrow is producing. The bitingly funny actor has supported the Kansas City tenants’ union through a benefit show with musician Waxahatchee (which he says is his proudest achievement), and he still makes time for his ever-growing list of friends who appear on the podcast.
As for what’s next, he says, “Money and homosexuality, in excess. Amen.” @calebsaysthings
