We've come to expect provocative ads from Calvin Klein, but the Fall 2015 campaign for Calvin Klein Jeans represented new levels of groundbreaking. Shot by Mario Sorrenti, it featured gay models Ethan James Green and Reid Rohling as a same-sex couple -- a first for the brand. For Kevin Carrigan, global creative director of CK Calvin Klein, pushing boundaries is part of the glue that has kept him at one of the world's best-known labels since 1998. The English-born designer was in Mykonos when the Supreme Court voted in favor of marriage equality. "We partied and felt totally elated," he says. "But we can never forget that in some countries you can be sentenced to death for being gay. We must support, push, and fight for global equality."
