Not one, but two proposals took place at London Pride this weekend!
Two London Metropolitan Police officers who marched in uniform together were engaged mid-march, while another officer got down on one knee for his boyfriend, who was in the parade crowd.
The first proposal took place when a police officer broke off from the line of officers he was marching with and approached a barricade where his boyfriend was watching the parade. A video of the proposal shows him get down on one knee to pop the question. His boyfriend responds with an enthusiastic nod, as onlookers shoot confetti and swarm to film the heartwarming moment.
Later in the parade route, Met police stopped again. This time an officer proposed to a fellow officer. PinkNews caught a video of the aftermath.
According to BBC, more than 100 police officers attended London Pride this year.
