76 songs make up the four-hour live album.
Lady Gaga's blockbuster "One World: Together at Home" concert broadcast was eight hours when it was all said and done. Eight full hours and around it Gaga and Global Citizen brought in $127.9 million in donations and commitments to help healthcare workers and more impacted by the global pandemic. And though that may seem like a lot, organizers have decided they need more.
For many, the highlight of the concert was the intimate musical performances filmed by some of the industry's biggest names. Now, those performances have been made into a charitable 76-song, four-hour live album currently available for streaming on Amazon Music, Apple Music, Spotify, and Tidal.
The lauded "The Prayer" collaboration between Lady Gaga, Celine Dion, Andrea Bocelli, John Legend, and Lang Lang is joined by the aforementioned track by Lambert, as well as Lady Gaga covering "Smile,"Â Elton John singing "I'm Still Standing," Sam Smith and John Legend covering "Stand by Me," two tracks from Ben Platt, as well as two from Christine and The Queens. Close listeners will even catch on to slight tweaks in the song, made just for the occasion -- of the two Adam Lambert tracks, the singer's performance of his own song "Super Power" was altered to say "All the witches and COVID better get out of my way."
Associated proceeds from streaming the project will be donated to Global Citizen.
