In perhaps the most lesbian moment yet of 2018, St. Vincent has covered Sleater-Kinney's "Modern Girl."
Warming up for a show, Annie Clark (St. Vincent) performed an acoustic version of punk girl group's The Woods track, and commented "Such a great song!" Take a listen below:

Sleater-Kinney have announced they're "very slowly" at work on new music via an interview with Billboard. Band member Carrie Brownstein is in the meantime at work on a TV adaptation of her memoir, Hunger Makes Me A Modern Girl.
