At San Francisco's Outside Lands music festival this Sunday, Lorde and Jack Antonoff teamed up for an acoustic cover of Paul Simon's 1972 "Me and Julio Down by the Schoolyard," and the results were naturally incredible.
Lorde is currently in the midst of her Melodrama World Tour, headlining a slew of festivals across the country before heading to Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

Incidentally, Simon is closer to the 20-year-old singer/songwriter than you might think. Besides consistently professing her love for the music legend in interviews, she actually sampled his voice in Melodrama's "Hard Feelings/ Loveless." Between the two songs, a man's voice goes, "What is this tape? This is my favorite tape!" It's Simon's voice, excerpted from a Graceland documentary. Don't believe us?
