Watch Jens Lekman's Psychedelic, Disco-Rock 'How We Met, The Long Version' Video

Swede-pop oddball Jens Lekman released today a visual for his song, "How We Met, The Long Version," which appears on the artist's new album, Life Will See You Now. Directed by Keyvan Haghighi, the video complements Lekman's space-inspired lyrics, following the story of a developing relationship.

Set above a psychedelic disco-rock instrumental, Lekman sings about planetary formation, trilobite evolution and finally a first kiss. "Oxygen replaced methane; a party started in the ocean; trilobites and crustaceans; a Cambrian explosion," he sings, playing his guitar in front of a lo-fi, cosmic purple backdrop.
