Barbra Streisand will hit the open road this August when she tours nine cities. At the end of the trip, she'll release her new album, Encore: Movie Partner Sing Broadway. No dates have been announced just yet, but the legendary singer will belt her career-hits, as well as some new numbers from Encore, according to her website.
