Tangerine Wins at Gotham Independent Film Awards


Mya Taylor won in the Breakthrough Actor category for her role in the film.


Last night in New York City, Broad City duo Ilana Glazer and Abbi Jacobson hosted the 25th Gotham Independent Film Awards, and Spotlight and Tangerine were the big winners of the evening. Trans actress Mya Taylor won in the Breakthrough Actor category and Sean Baker's indie film was also honored with the 2015 Audience Award.
