After a tour through the Caribbean and Eastern Pacific, the Royal Canadian Navy's HMCS Winnipeg recently returned to Victoria with its 250 crewmembers. As is tradition, a random raffle decides the first sailor off the ship, and it's considered an honor and privilege to be chosen.

This time, it was Master Seaman Francis Legare. Upon his return, he embraced his partner, Corey Vautour with an emotional kiss. After eight months at sea, it's beautiful to see these two men reunited.
