It's "code caviar" at Sacred Heart Hospital.
The alert is sounded by Nurse Dubois (Michael James Scott) to Dr. John "J.D." Dorian (Zach Braff) in the upcoming episode of Scrubs, Hulu's revival of the beloved hospital dramedy, in an exclusive clip shared with Out.
"Code caviar," the viewer learns, means that a VIP has entered the building, forcing Nurse Raymond (X Mayo) to hide the nachos and spurring Dr. Kevin Park (Joel Kim Booster) to clarify which very important patient it may be. When J.D. asks if it's an older white gentleman who golfs, Park, a workplace adversary, replies, "They're all older white gentleman who golf."
Ultimately, the pair find an intern, Dr. Asher Green (Jacob Dudman), to assign to the VIP. J.D. instructs the intern to convey, bed pan in hand with his best Oliver Twist accent, "Please sir, I want some more."
Scrubs originally ran from 2001 to 2010. Original cast members Braff, Sarah Chalke, and Donald Faison are back in the 2026 revival, which sees J.D. returning to Sacred Heart 15 years later as chief of medicine. Once the greenhorns, it's up to them to oversee a new crew of medical interns.
In addition to serving laughs, both Scott and Booster are notable out actors, with the former known as the long-running Genie on Broadway's Aladdin and the latter as the star and writer of Fire Island.
Catch the chaos unfold in the full clip ahead, and tune in to Scrubs on Wednesday, March 25 at 8 p.m. Eastern on ABC, with episodes streaming the next day on Hulu.
