LG7 incoming???
Lady Gaga has given an update on her next solo studio album, which would be her first in 4 years, to YouTuber and makeup artist NikkiTutorials.
Lady Gaga is one of the greatest artists of her generation, and of course, fans are eagerly anticipating when she’ll release her follow-up to 2020’s Chromatica and 2021’s Love For Sale with Tony Bennett.
Now, in a conversation with NikkiTutorials, Gaga is giving us the update we’ve been waiting for.

“We can’t wait for LG7, and while we’re waiting we’ll just play with our blush and patiently wait if fermented arnica is on the track list,” NikkiTutorials joked in their video together.
“Well, listen, I'm working as fast as I can,” Gaga laughed. “But I will say that I’m feeling deeply inspired right now, and I’m so excited for everything that I have to show all the fans, and I’m deeply grateful for everybody’s excitement in my creativity.”
Gaga also thanked NikkiTutorials for “how kind and loving you were to me and Haus Labs today and everyday,” adding, “We just appreciate you so much and look up to you.”
The previous longest time Gaga has gone in between solo studio albums is almost three and a half years, with her fifth album Joanne coming out in October of 2016 before Chromatica in May of 2020. Now that it’s been nearly four full years since Chromatica came out, it’s looking like the wait for LG7 will be the longest between solo albums for Gaga in her career.
Lady Gaga is also currently working on the movie Joker: Folie a Deux, and the soundtrack for that movie. She will play Harley Quinn opposite Joaquin Phoenix as the Joker.
According to a recent report, the Joker sequel will feature at least 15 reinterpretations of “very well-known” songs, including “That’s Entertainment.” There is also room for an original song or two to be added.
Joker: Folie à Deux is set to come out October 4.Want more breaking equality news & trending entertainment stories?
