French men's magazine L'Optimum caught up with Oscar winner-slash-rockstar Jared Leto in its June issue. In the interview, Leto shares his wish to use his new-found glory to increase his activism. The actor recently became one of the spokespersons for the anti-bullying campaign #itonlytakesone, initiated by the organization Bystander Revolution.
Leto says:
"What I would tell people who are a little bit different is that, eventually you will inherit the Earth. Believe in yourself and be patient. Be as different as you wish to be. It's your right. Even if it's difficult sometimes, there is no greater privilege than being your own master."
Leto is dressed by up-and-coming luxury sportswear brand Les Benjamins. The actor wears the "Yeliscam" sweater from the brand's Fall 2014 "Black Line" collection, available here.
