What Opening Ceremony is to New York City, Colette is to Paris, and 10 Corso Como is to Milan, The Webster is to Miami. Founded by fashion industry vets Laure Heriard-Dubreuil and Milan Vukmirovic, they envisioned a boutique that offered luxurious, international designs, but edited to reflect the celebratory, tropical, beach culture of the city. Well, they've acheived just that. Their healthy mix of high-end clothing for men and women, accessories, and lifestyle accoutrement has made the store a hit for locals and jetsetting visitors alike. In the wake of their partnership with Jason Wu, Target cleverly tapped Heriard-Dubreuil and Vukmirovic to harness their keen eye and style savvy into a small collection of apparel and accessories for the lads and ladies. Taking inspiration from Miami's Art Deco architecture and the store's own iconic decor (including the kitschy-cute banana leaf wallpaper), the pair has created an effortless, vibrant assortment perfectly attuned to life by the seashore.
See a slideshow of the men's collection here--with prices--but fret not, the most expensive items in the collection are a mere $49.99, a far cry from the costs of the European goodies found at their retail homebase. But the diminished fees does not equate diminished style, au contraire. The Webster at Target will be available on May 6th at all Target locations, and at Target.com.
