Icosae Fall '17
This season, designers are brushing up on their classics. After Alexander McQueen's tribute to Oscar Wilde, up-and-coming French label Icosae, founded in 2014 by two brothers, Valentin and Florentin Glemarec, is looking at Shakespeare and blue-blooded drama for its fall '17 collection. The designer siblings told WWD they were inspired by "the scandals of English royalty" for their new designs, mixing Elizabethan grandeur with rebellious '80s punk influences.
