Ezra Miller Speeds Into New Role as The Flash

1. With its The Flash television series a success, DC has confirmed that it is planning a Flash movie, seperate from the show, to be released in 2018. It will star The Perks of Being a Wallflower's Ezra Miller. That was fast! [Variety]

2. Professional clown group Clowns of America International is bemoaning the new murderous clown character on American Horror Story: Freak Show. Their complaint: That "[Hollywood] can take any situation no matter how good or pure and turn it into a nightmare." Why so serious, funny guys? [THR]

3. The Good Wife's Emmy-award winning actress Archie Panjabi, who plays the usually stoic Kalinda Sharma, has reportedly not renewed her contract to star in the show. It seems she's planning to lead her own TV show sometime soon. [Vulture]
